What's in my diaper bag? Infant & Toddlers

Hello friends!
Today I wanted to share whats in my diaper bag.
For new readers I'm a mother of two.
My youngest is 7 months and my oldest is 3 years.
When we all go out my bag is always full!

From diapers to toys and everything in between.

This is the diaper bag I have, it's a Petunia pickle bottom Misty Shanghai, it has the option to be a backpack also!
I love my diaper bag it has so much storage and a built in changing pad!
I love that the changing pad is so long, I've noticed with other bags the pads are so tiny!
I was gifted a silk Petunia pickle bottom diaper bag with my first when he was a newborn, and I instantly fell in love.
I'm so hooked I refuse to use any other bag!
OK so first few things are
-Bottles
-Nursing cover
- Hand pump
I've mentioned before that I exclusively pump for my daughter.
So when I know I'm going to be out for a while I always bring my pump and cover.
I will pump anywhere!
When Maila was a month old we went to my little cousins high school graduation.
We were in a stadium filled with people.
I was still getting my supply under control so I was pumping on a schedule.
I'm sure you have been to a graduation so you know those things take forever!
Well there was no way I was going to chance missing my cousin, so I put my cover on and pumped away!
I got a few crazy looks but honestly, I could care less!
It's natural!
You don't have to hide in the car or bathroom so my child will not either!
Plus you couldn't see anything anyway!
I had a cover over me.
But this combo comes in handy!
It's a must in my opinion, or at least for myself!

Next are snacks!
For myself I always have water on me!
Also some kind of green juice, I looove green juice.
I also bring a snack with myself, usually some kind of granola bar.
For the babes Maila is all about those mum mums!
Just like her big brother was.
Mason is obsessed with these PB&J uncrustables.
He would live off of those things if I would allow it.

So now with diapering and clothing.
I always bring an extra change of clothes.
Lets be serious.... Kids are a mess!
Seems like no matter what at least one of the babes have an accident.
But it's OK because mama is always prepared!
My go to motto is " I'd rather have too much then too little."
I always bring a ton of diapers and wipes.
Some days I'm changing 6 poopy diapers a day!
Usually its 1-2 each kids, but they do have those days!
I make sure to be prepared.
My husband and I are obsessed with Honest co. Products.
My son loves cars, no, no that's an under statement!
He's beyond obsessed!
He constantly stuffs my bag with cars!
I find cars in all of my stuff constantly!
Maila loves her princess plush dolls collection!
We always bring a few princesses, pacifiers, and a teether with us.

Last are burp rags and Bibs.
Maila pretty much stopped spitting up once she hit 7 months.
But these things are great for spills, ect.
I bring at least one everywhere I go.
I love these bibs because they are a plastic materiel so they are super easy to wipe off!
They have little pockets that catch the mums or puffs that fall.
Plus she can just dig in the pockets to get left overs!

Thank you for checking out my post on what's in my diaper bag!
I hope you enjoyed it.

New Years resolution?

Happy New Years!

So January is obviously here and I'm sure everyone has thought of a resolution.
Even if they don't plan to actually go threw with it.
So I decided to share mine.
Last year my resolution was to cut out toxic people, and be kind.
I feel like I accomplished them all.
I got rid of people I thought were friends but in reality I was their gossip topic, just like the rest of their "friends".
I was tired of having negative people in my life that would constantly rain on my parade.
Doing that felt like a huge weight of my shoulder!
Being kind, don't get me wrong I'm a nice person but I am my mothers daughter.
And I'm sure I've mentioned my mother before, shes not very lady like and not afraid to speak her mind!
You know the saying kill them with kindness!
There are times when I want to spout off at the mouth but I hold back.
I think before I speak.
I try to go out of my way to do things for others more then before.
Letting things go that I would usually hold a grudge about.
This year my resolution is to finally lose all my weight from my pregnancies.
`I want to finally be fit!
I weighed no where near what I do now before I had kids but I was not "fit"
I want to actually start going to the gym religiously.
My second resolution is to join the police academy by the end of the year.
I want to become a juvenile corrects officer.
I still plan to become a midwife but I want to get this off of my to do list first.
It kind of ties into my first resolution being fit, I want to be able to pass the psychical stuff without a struggle.
I plan to start training to get ready for the academy.
Last would be to make more time for myself.
I just started going back to school after a long break and realized , my life is all about my kids.
I love my kids, I hate being apart from them.
But I need to have just "mommy time" once a week .
I'm with them 24/7 no breaks.
Some days I want to pull my hair out or maybe go lock myself in the bathroom for a breather.
I'm not exactly sure what I will do but I'm sure I will figure it out.
I know I will take more amazing lush baths!
Maybe get into the jacuzzi and have a nice glass of wine.
Who knows!
But it's time for me to make sure I'm taken care of also.

What are your guys New year resolution?
If you have any what are they?
If you don't why not?
Is there something you're planning for 2015?
Tell me!!
I want to know!
I know I'm not alone :)

Disneyland Trip!

This is totally a little late I know!
It has been seriously so crazy at my house!
From my grandmothers surgery,
to me getting my ducks in a row to start school next week!
Ok but back on topic!
In December we went to Disney land for Mason's 3rd birthday!
Holy cow I'm still in shock that he's 3!!!!
Originally we were suppose to get two conjoining rooms, but something went wrong!
They ended up upgrading us to the pent house!
Seriously this place was AWESOME!
It was really nice it had a lot of cool statues and what not, I had to hide from my crazy kids.
It was a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom, huge dinning/living room with a huge view of the parks!
We went back to the penthouse to eat dinner and watch the fireworks at both parks lol.
So much better then being stuck in the middle of a huge crowd of people!
So it's been years and I mean YEARS since I've been to Disneyland.
(I went for grad night but don't count it!)

This kids did pretty great for their first trip.
Mason was very excited to be at "Mickey's house"
He went on a few rides.
We saw goofy and he was the only character that didn't have a mile long line.
So we took Mason and he was so excited!
The whole time in line he was yelling "Goofy come here! Goofy give me hug!"
I thought for sure he was going to love seeing goofy.
But to my surprise......

He flipped!
Thankfully as soon as we got out of Toon Town the parade was getting ready to start!

The kids loved the parade!
I forgot how much I loved the parades as a kid!
We use to be able to dance and walk in the parade.
I miss those days.
I felt like Disneyland was my home away from home.
We went almost every weekend sometimes multiple times a week.
I was a true Disney kid!
I wish I could do that with my babes, but lets be real!
That place is crazy! The lines, the crowds, everything!
Too many people!
I love Disney land but it's definitely a few times out of the year place.

Well here are some photos from the park and also some from the penthouse.
I hope you guys enjoyed my late post!

To end this post here is a video of the penthouse!
Sorry for the terrible quality!
